Every order has got a 7 days reflection time. Something went wrong? Simply return it. Returned goods must reach us in their original packaging and be sent by registered mail! If not, the shipment will be refused and we will not be responsible for the possible loss of it.
Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. Repeated returns and excessive damage to product may or may not be credited or replaced. Please allow up to 3 weeks after a returned item is received for processing. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund.

Your order will be sent with DE POST (www.post.be, the Belgain mail company). When your order leaves our warehouse you will be notified by an e-mail! Reality email@example.com@realityrecords.be. We will communicate the possibilities and prices.
International customers will be responsible for all customs, duties and tax charges, which may vary from country to country. You may also be subject to a surcharge by the Postal Services for the handling of your order through customs and/or for addresses outside of their standard delivery area. Reality records has no control over these charges and they are not included in our Product or Shipping and Handling fees.
Orders that have already been shipped from our warehouse cannot be cancelled. We cannot accommodate requests for credit on orders that have been refused by the recipient or are undeliverable because of an incorrect international address.
